The Estates Committee discussed asset checks, defibrillator updates, footpath and tree reports, playground maintenance, and land registration. Actions included planting trees, repairing fences, managing churchyard responsibilities, and applying for land registration. Next steps involve scheduling inspections, engaging with community and authorities, and planning future projects, with a focus on safety, conservation, and community engagement.

The committee is made up of three councillors (voting members) and four lay (non voting) members.  We currently have one vacancy for a lay member on this committee.  If you would be interested in volunteering to help look after our greens and trees, and help monitor and identify actions to improve biodiversity across the parish, please do get in touch with the clerk, Hilary Workman.
