Tennis and Table Tennis Club
Information about the tennis and table tennis club
We are keen to welcome new members and hope to get back to holding some regular club sessions where we can enjoy some quality social and competitive games. Please see our newsletter here for details.
The club has completed a risk assessment, which it is duty bound to do, and has produced the following set of protocols.
One
Play will be for fully paid up members only utilising the existing lock and code system.
Two
Courts must be booked up to one week in advance utilising a restricted diary request facility details of which are available on payment of an annual membership subscription.
Three
Access to the courts via the Village hall to minimize contact with school staff and pupils.
Four
Court bookings will run on a 90 minute cycle starting at 8.00am.
Five
Please specify your membership ID when booking, and whether you require 1 or 2 courts.
Six
Bookings to be active from 31st March 2025.
These protocols have been approved by the club management team and will be reviewed on a regular basis.

Make a Booking
Members who would like to make a booking should email tennis@wickhambrook.org
The email should confirm the member’s name, member’s ID, date and time of the booking. Please see available court times below. Or a booking request can be made via the members WhatsApp group, again providing the same details.
Court Time
Court time can be booked one week in advance.
Bookings will run in 90 minute slots from 08:00
08:00 to 09:30
09:30 to 11:00
11:00 to 12:30
12:30 to 14:00
14:00 to 15:30
15:30 to 17:00
17:00 to 18:30
18:30 to 20:00
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES
Family (2 Adults + under 16) £90.00
Adult £45.00
Junior (under 16) £15.00
Guest fee £5.00
Table Tennis (ONLY)* £10.00
*Extra Session Fee Payable
